Booking and Cancellation Terms

Prices are dynamic and may change until the booking is confirmed. A service is considered booked only after full or agreed payment and written confirmation.

Booking

Customers must verify passenger names, passport details, dates and the selected service before payment. Costs caused by incorrect information are payable by the customer.

Changes and cancellations

Change, cancellation and refund rules follow the fare conditions of the airline, hotel or tour operator. Non-refundable rates may not qualify for a refund.

Travel documents

Passport validity, visas, transit and entry requirements are the passenger’s responsibility. Even when visa support is provided, final decisions are made by consular and border authorities.
